Miami
Found on the Atlantic Coast in south-eastern Florida, Miami is the United States 42nd largest city and is the most populated metropolitan area in the whole of south-eastern America. A centre for all things financial, commercial, cultural, entertaining and educating, Miami is the capital of Latin America and for almost three decades the port has been known as the Cruise Capital of the World.
The city is huge with many districts, each with their own individual charm and personality, which are open to safe exploration, although getting around them all in a single visit can be difficult. The Miami City and Boat Tour, however, will take you around the Art Deco district of Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Little Havana, Coral Gable, Coconut Grove and Brickell Avenue, and tours are available all week. If a city tour doesn’t capture your attention then sample the Everglades Airboat Tour and Wildlife Show, beginning with a professionally narrated air boat tour lasting approximately 40 minutes across the Everglades, the tour concludes with a wonderful wild life show, presenting some of Florida’s exotic animals.
While visiting Miami, make sure to visit Star Island, an artificial island within Miami Beach, Star island features stunning examples of architecture and many celebrities have made their homes here.
